Overview Of The Job
The candidate will specialise in the CAD/CAM aspect of CNC machining.
Starting out the candidate will be trained and operate CNC machinery and general workshop assistance to familiarise themselves with the workflow.
KB technologies are transitioning towards the use of ‘Fusion360’ (any experience of this software would be very useful, however you can be taught).
Overtime will more than likely be available.
Requirements / Person Specification
The successful applicant must have good IT skills, along with geometrical Maths (Pythagoras, trigonometry etc.) English GCSE grades C or above as a minimum as you will be writing Emails to customers.
It is encouraged that you learn the machining side of the business develop your skills within a small but thriving business.
Accuracy and attention to detail is so important within this role.
This opportunity may be suitable for a work trial in the first instance.
Applicants must have a genuine passion for this type of work.

The candidate will be in the workshop four days, and on day release one day a week. Overtime may be available.
Requirements / Person Specification
The successful applicant must have good IT skills, along with Maths and English GCSE grades C or above as a minimum. As well as working towards a nationally recognised qualification, you will be given the opportunity to learn whilst you earn and develop within a small but thriving business.
